On November 1, 2018 the Port of Tillamook Bay Board of Commissioners adopted Ordinance #8 (full text below) creating the Port of Tillamook Bay Road Maintenance Program.  Ordinance #8 went into effect on December 1, 2018.

This program provides for ongoing annual and long-term maintenance of the Port’s road system, which underwent a complete rehabilitation during 2012-2014 as part of the Port’s implementation of its FEMA Alternate Projects.  Road Users will be charged a fee as defined in the ordinance.
