Starting with the Port at Tillamook Air Museum, and later transferring over to Administration, Shad's passion to service and history in business development and operations spans over 30 years.  "It is not only a joy serving others, but a honor to help maximize their potential in living out their vision.  Here at the Port, that is supporting them with an opportunity to start and/or expand their busisness.  I love seeing them grow and continue to move on in how they define their own success!"
